Parc Marie-Victorin Museum Featured in Architectural Record

The prestigious magazine Architectural Record has recently published an online article dedicated to the Parc Marie-Victorin Museum.

Written by David Sokol, the article explores how the project translates the history of cast-iron artifacts and Quebec’s industrial craftsmanship into an architectural experience. Partially embedded within the landscape, the two pavilions are organized around a visitor journey inspired by the extraction, transformation, and shaping of iron.

The article also highlights the importance of the site, the surrounding agricultural landscape, and the relationship between the museum, the restoration workshop, and the collection assembled by Alain Lemaire.
